XL8's executive leadership team brings together diverse, extensive backgrounds in Advanced Technology and Media & Entertainment to build a dynamic, multicultural company specializing in proprietary AI Localization technologies built from the ground up for Media and Entertainment.
After graduating with an advanced degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, Tim went on to senior software engineering positions at Google where he later became a TLM (Tech Lead and Manager). While at Google, Tim managed a team of software engineers and ML (Machine Learning) researchers, successfully launching multiple NLP-based (Natural Language Processing) Search features including Events Search, Events in Knowledge Graph and Google Maps, and Personal Search.

After graduating with an advanced degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, Jay went on to senior positions at Apple. As an Apple Software Engineer, Jay built connectivity and data communication services used on all Apple devices that work on large-scale, real-time communication, including FaceTime, ScreenSharing, GameCenter, and Watch Connectivity.
